Nawi Island FAQ’s
Crew members must be signed on and off the vessel by the captain of the yacht in conjunction with Immigration Fiji . The immigration Fiji is at the back of the Sea Lover’s store on the main high street. All yacht captains are responsible for their crew members until signed off the boat crew ‘ledger’ by Fiji Immigration officals.
Marina guests can use the washrooms, luxury showers and rubbish facilities.
Our swimming pool and cabanas are also complimentary for Nawi marina guests
Marina guests are also able to travel to and from Savusavu on our shuttle service free of charge.
You can take your own dinghy just across the creek to Savusavu waterfront and tie up outside our shuttle boat pontoon should you wish.*
* Dinghies are left onshore at the owner’s risk.
The Nawi shuttle boat to Savusavu waterfront leaves Nawi Island every 15 minutes to the hour and on the hour from Waitui Marina to Nawi.
Pets are not allowed on the dock or on Nawi Island. If you wish to bring your pet they must stay onboard your vessel.
Nawi Island operates a 4 stage warning system and asks that yachts are familiarised with cyclone preparation procedures according to the Nawi Island Marina Cyclone Preparation Plan
Nawi Island Marina offers 24/7 security and CCTV. Our marina gates are locked at night and key fobs are available for a refundable deposit.
Savusavu domestic airport is just 7 minutes from the waterfront by taxi. There are 3 direct flights to Nadi International airport per day. The flight duration is 1 hour 10 minutes.
Checked luggage allowance is 15 kg
