Nawi Island is located within Savusavu’s natural harbour, a beautiful blue water bay surrounding the town of Savusavu.  When completed, the project will include a full service marina, a full service 12 acre boatyard, approximately 50 private residences, a luxurious waterfront resort and spa with all the amenities you would expect from a world class development.  The Nawi Island Marina began accepting tenants in May 2023 and the boatyard began operations in July 2024.  All marina amenities are open for business,  Except the Nawi Beach club and Spa which are expected to open during the 4th quarter of 2024.

All of the homesites included for sale on the island are either oceanfront or ocean view and most are sold as freehold estates, a rarity in the Fijian Islands.  This includes 36 freehold lots for sale ranging in size from approximately 1,200 square meters to a private island of over 21,000 square meters where owners can build their own homes using approved contractors and plans.

For those who prefer a more turnkey approach, the project will also include an additional 13 already built homes offered for sale.  These homes are either resort view or marina view and  will be fully furnished “Bure-Style” homes built in the same style as the adjacent resort.

All homeowners will have the option of placing their home in the centrally managed rental pool.
