Nawi Island Marina operates along a strong policy of environmental stewardship. Thus far, in conjunction, with local villages, we have replanted 46,000 mangrove seedlings. Nawi Island has a resident marine biologist.

We work in harmony with our lush tropical environment through programmes of environmental stewardship. Our marina plants are natives and we protect our rainforest.

We are a ‘fish friendly’ marina and have accumulated a large range of juvenile marine biodiversity seeking shelter and as such operate strict blackwater policies.
