Pre-Arrival & Clearance Requirements
On arrival into Savusavu you must fly your ‘Q’ yellow ‘practique’ flag until cleared by Fiji health officials. You can request assistance from the Nawi Island Harbour Master to contact the Health Authorities and Customs and Biosecurity for clearance on arrival.
Fiji is free from Malaria and yachts arriving from the following countries should anchor outside the port of entry at the Quarantine mooring for clearance. Anti-Malarial spraying has to be conducted prior to the vessel proceeding to the dock.

All yachts arriving in Fiji must declare their full list of biosecurity goods. See clearance by Biosecurity officers costs below . They must be paid at the office in Savusavu town.

All yachts arriving from overseas must complete an Advanced Notice of Arrival Form C2-C for each crew member on board. This MUST be submitted no less than 48 hours prior to the planned ETA in Fiji.
A scanned photograph of the vessel and a copy of the captain’s passport bio page is required.
Yachts not submitting this ADVANCE NOTICE OF ARRIVAL may be refused clearance and can be fined a minimum of FJD4,000.

All crew members must have valid passports with 6 months remaining. Visas on arrival will be granted for 4 months with an option to extend for 2 months. Check eligibility for pre-arrival visas at www.immigration.gov.fj
You are required to obtain a cruising permit for Fiji waters. Our marina receptionist will assist you with this. There is no charge.
